Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 15, 2026 · This is a translation of the Spanish version. If the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who provides the service

Diagramia (https://diagramia.app) is provided by Maximo Andres Cobeaga, located at Misiones 134, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: mcobeaga@diagramia.app.

2. The service

Diagramia is a canvas for creating, editing and explaining diagrams, with optional help from artificial intelligence. You can use the canvas without an account. To save to the cloud and use the AI you need an account with a verified email. By using the service you accept these terms.

3. Your account

4. Your content

Your diagrams are yours. You give us the minimum permission needed to store them, display them and process them with the AI when you ask for it. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

5. Artificial intelligence

The AI generates proposals that you review and accept. It can make mistakes or give incomplete results: it is not professional advice and you must verify what you use. To generate a proposal, your request and the necessary part of the diagram are sent to the model provider: currently DeepSeek, which processes data in China, or OpenAI when it is the model in use. The privacy policy explains what is sent and where it is processed.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Diagramia for illegal activities, to infringe the rights of others, to attack or overload the service, to get around usage limits or to resell access. Mass automated requests are not allowed.

7. Plans, prices and payments

8. Cancellation

You cancel from your account, under «Cancel subscription». You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for and no further charges are made. When it ends, the account goes back to Free: nothing is deleted and anything over the limit becomes read-only.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

10. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice and the chance to export your content.

11. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months. Export your diagrams regularly. This does not limit the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The ordinary courts of Mar del Plata have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the consumer's right to go to the courts of their place of residence where the law so provides.
